BendPak Bending Dies and Backshoes For Your BendPak® Machine

Huth has made bending dies and backshoes tooling for BendPak® machines for a long time… since their customers insisted on it! Huth tooling is machined in America to specific tolerances from solid steel. After it is machined, it is gas-carburized and oil quenched to a minimum hardness of 58 Rockwell “C” scale. All Huth tooling is readily available from shelf stock. However, Huth will manufacture custom tooling to your specifications for sizes not listed in this schedule.

The Huth Tooling adapter for 798 with 801 has two components. The yellow tooling adapted helps fit Huth tooling to BendPak machines. The grey metal die retainer is rectangular-shaped with an arch in the center.

Huth Radius Die Adapter 798 & 801

To give BendPak® machine owners access to our entire line of industry leading tooling, we created the 798 tooling adapter for BendPak® machines. Buy this handy adapter, and you can use virtually all Huth Bending Dies. This adapter converts the face of your pushing sled allowing Huth standard radius dies to be used. The 801 Die Retainer retracts the radius die after bending.

A Huth Backshoe is made for BendPak machines. The backshoe is rectangular in shape with a semi-circle cut out running down the middle of the grey metal component.

Huth Back Shoes for BendPak

Huth round tube Back shoes work very well on both new and old style BendPak® bending machines. For older style (no pins on backshoe holder), use Huth die pins. For newer style, simply use the backshoes without pins. The pins on the backshoe holders slide easily into the holes provided for the pins.
