Expander Tooling For BendPak® Machines
We offer a wide variety of expanding tooling that can be utilized on your BendPak® machine. All tooling is machined to specific tolerances from solid steel. It is then gas-carburized and oil quenched to a minimum hardness of Rockwell ‘C’ scale. All tooling is available from shelf stock. However Huth will manufacture custom tooling to your specifications for tooling not listed.

Huth Expander Sleeves
Create Expansions quickly and easily with expander sleeves! Our Huth expander sleeves are ideal for less frequent expansions where you don’t want to invest in a case-hardened segmented expander tool. Simply slide the expander sleeve over your current 3″ segment set and use it like any other segment.
The new Huth Expander sleeves fit over your existing tooling. All the expander components are designed to fit over Huth, Ben Pearson, and BendPak 3” segment sets (H476, BP761550, and PKSS300) and will create the ID listed in the tool description.

Huth Ball Joint Segments
Create Male and Female Ball Joints. This Huth tooling works with the PKSA112 Direct Fit Arbor.
Ball joint connections allow one tube to pivot in relation to another tube when perfect alignment is difficult. They also absorb vibration and flexing relieving stress. While they make a secure connection they allow easy disassembly or replacement. We offer ball joint segments for your end forming machines. Bead Segments
Create beads for hoses and clamps. This Huth tooling works with the PKSA112 Direct Fit Arbor,
Bead segments will create a small bead in a tube a ½” from the end without distorting the original tube dimension. They are often used to attach and secure a hose on to the solid tube.

Create V Band Joints. This Huth tooling works with the PKSA112 Direct Fit Arbor.
