There is not really that much you have to do for maintenance and long equipment life. We provide a laminated maintenance checklist of simple stuff, checking your tooling, keeping it clean –have you changed your oil in the last 1000 hours? Do you still have all your pressure gauges (which are the typical items that should be replaced due to bumps and grinds in the shop).
And you should know that we are always working on ways to make our equipment even more useful. New end forms for better connections (like v-band tooling), new capabilities (like bending square tubing), bigger (expanding to 12 inches with custom tooling) and better ( better stainless bending with wrinkle-control dies ).
