Since Ben Pearson and Huth joined forces nearly 10 years ago, many tooling capabilities have been added to the Ben Pearson line to help our customer fabricators expand their application capabilities. In addition to new applications for automotive fabricators, we are making a concerted effort to build functionality for fabricators who are using tube (square and round) to build structures and frames.
Bending Square
Fabricating with square tubing as structural members is more popular every day. We have tooling readily available for ¾ inch to 2 ½ inch square tubing.
Bending Schedule 10 and Schedule 40 Pipe
Dies to bend up to 1 ½ inch nominal size schedule 10 and schedule 40 pipe are also in stock and ready to go.
Bending Stainless Steel
Stainless is tough to bend. At 2 ¼ and 2 ½ inch diameters, a wrinkle control die will help you succeed by guiding the stainless material and preventing unwanted kinks.
Save Money by making your own Rods and Brackets
If you want to fashion your own hangers or brackets, we have created a powered rod bracket bender attachment for Ben Pearson benders that will easily handle round steel up to ½ inch diameter, or ¼ inch thick by 1 inch wide flat.
