Huth Tube and Pipe End Finishing Expander Parts

Do you need an end form or size you can’t find? Expand your capacity for end-finishing operations with Huth quality tube and pipe end finishing expanders!

We offer an array of tooling and parts to replace, repair, and increase your tube and pipe end finishing expander capabilities. All Huth tooling is carefully machined to specific tolerances from solid steel.

After we machine the tooling, we gas carburize and oil-quench each piece to a minimum hardness of 58 Rockwell “C” scale. Our tooling is built to last, and we never use cast iron for any of our tooling.

Expander Sleeves

Create Expansions quickly and easily with expander sleeves! Our Huth expander sleeves are ideal for less frequent expansions where you don't want to invest in a case-hardened segmented expander tool. Simply slide the expander sleeve over your current 3" segment set and use it like any other segment.

The new Huth Expander sleeves fit over your existing tooling. All the expander components are designed to fit over Huth, Ben Pearson, and BendPak 3” segment sets (H476, BP761550, and PKSS300) and will create the ID listed in the tool description.
