We offer an array of tooling and parts to replace, repair, and increase your tube and pipe end finishing expander capabilities. All Huth tooling is carefully machined to specific tolerances from solid steel.
After we machine the tooling, we gas carburize and oil-quench each piece to a minimum hardness of 58 Rockwell “C” scale. Our tooling is built to last, and we never use cast iron for any of our tooling.

True to Size Segments
TRUE TO SIZE segments are intended for tight tolerance to a specific tube size instead of covering a wider range like standard segment sets. These segments start closer to the original ID of the tube than the standard segment that would otherwise be used, which helps reduce cycle time and improves the roundness of the expansion. Note that range of application on each True to Size segment set is narrower than standard segment sets.
The segment sets below will fit into the tube size that they are listed for with a 14ga or thinner wall.

Huth Segment Kit H37076
Huth Expander Sleeves
Create Expansions quickly and easily with expander sleeves! Our Huth expander sleeves are ideal for less frequent expansions where you don’t want to invest in a case-hardened segmented expander tool. Simply slide the expander sleeve over your current 3″ segment set and use it like any other segment.
The new Huth Expander sleeves fit over your existing tooling. All the expander components are designed to fit over Huth, Ben Pearson, and BendPak 3” segment sets (H476, BP761550, and PKSS300) and will create the ID listed in the tool description.

Flaring Segments
Flaring segment sets help you expand and create a 45° angle on the end of a tube or pipe. They work from the inside of the tube expanding the material outward until you have the desired flare. Tube connections that use flares allow for easy disassembly or replacement. They are versatile and are the outside half of a V-Band connection (see Huth V-Band segment sets below for inside portion).

Huth Bead Segments
Bead segments will create a small bead in a tube a ½” from the end without distorting the original tube dimension. They are often used to attach and secure a hose on to the solid tube.

Huth machines are built to last for years, with many tube expanders and pipe bending machines still working after decades of use.
